Meet Mark Scarlotti, brilliant engineer, weapons designer, husband, father and currently deceased C-list supervillain called Blacklash. You might know him better under his other secret identity Whiplash, wearing this fancy haloesque outfit. But he's currently dead anyway, though. Customizer Fwoosheyman remembered him and did a great custom Blacklash Minimate. Once again we see that those colorful and obscure outfits work perfectly well as Minimates.
