Image Comics published quite a few of those huge, bulked up characters back in the 1990s. Pitt comes to mind, or the Creech and this guy here, the Maxx. We've already seen a brilliant The Maxx Minimate by Shamrock, but customizer Les Koting interprets this guy in a different, much darker way. Especially the sculpting is superb. The boots are bloody amazing and his face and headdress/mane is just incredible. All in all a very impressive custom!
