Constrictor, aka Frank Something-Something, was a SHIELD agent who became a criminal after he killed several youths. Or was it, because he was Deadpool's roommate for some time? You never know. Customizer Hellpop took his shot on this guy and came up with a pretty decent Constrictor Minimate custom. Some nice decals, some clever re-used parts and there you are.
